Complaints
If you want to send a complaint, please fill out the form. After we receive the message you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
You can also submit a complaint by replying to the email from which you were informed about the shipment of your order.
Please include the following elements in your message:
- a scan or photo of the completed damage log or damage report.
- photos showing the number of damaged products and the nature of the damage,
- the name and number of the damaged tiles,
- information on whether we should refund the amount corresponding to the value of the damaged tiles or send you new tiles (Client's demand:).
