The shipping cost of an international delivery is determined by several factors: the country where you want to deliver, the postal code and the weight of the ordered products. In addition, we count individual shipping costs to some shipments- this applies to products that are not a standard size. Based on this information, our system will calculate the shipping cost of your order. The transport costs are calculated automatically and you can check them in the checkout.
However, if you ask for an individual quote, we will have the possibility to offer a more cost-efficient transport.

To receive a personalised offer for international shipping, please send us the following information:
- product name ( full name preferably copied from our website + link)
- quantity of the products
- in case of an order for a private person - specify the postal code and the city of the delivery address
- in case of an order for a company invoice (0% tax) - it is necessary to specify the name of the company and the invoice address together with the European tax number and the delivery address.
We will prepare a quote for your entire order, including the best shipping option.
TRACKING AND DELIVERY
You will receive information from us on the day of shipment of the goods with the tracking number to the e-mail address you provided. Based on this number, you can "track" your shipment on the carrier's website.

Our tiles are packed by professionals!
ALL PACKAGES are photographed before packing, after foiling, and after the bill of lading is taped.
To minimize breakage, all ceramic tiles MUST be packed vertically - see photos below.
