Returns 

 
Our online shop allow to return the goods for Customers in 14 days since delivery date.

To return the goods:
check the deadline 14 days since date of delivery.
send returning form (below):
wait for our call – the same day at 9:00 to 17:00
send withdrawal from contract form (below):
pack the goods with our written suggestion from our employee. You need to add to the parcel withdrawal from contract form or copy of invoice – we nned it to Client's identification
send on OWN cost return the goods on following address:

What should you know:
We can only accept returns from purchases made by consumer (not comapny)
Within the meaning of the Act „good should be return in unchanged condition, unless change was necessary in the ordinary course of administration”. Do not return faulty, defective or used goods. Such goods should be complained about. Read more about complaint policy here.
